NRA Gun Safety Seminars


Ideal for new shooters or simply to cover the essentials of gun ownership in basic knowledge, skills, and attitude essential for selecting, safely handling, storing and cleaning a firearm.

NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting


This course teaches the fundamentals of pistol safety, firearm and ammunition knowledge and the principles of marksmanship accuracy to have a strong foundation in firearm ownership and usage, This course combines approximately 5 hours classroom instruction, on-hands training and classroom demonstration, followed by one-on-one coaching and supervision for live fire training. All training in the classroom is accomplished with mock firearms and dummy ammunition to ensure the students safety. Once the students demonstrate an understanding of firearms safety principles, the student will receive direct coaching and oversight, putting into practice the skill ls learned on the classroom on the live fire range.

NRA CCW Concealed Carry/Defensive Shooting



The NRA CCW course teaches the basic knowledge, skill and attitude necessary to carry a concealed pistol for self-defense.


Course topics include Firearm Safety (Mandatory), Selecting a Pistol for Self-Defense, Basic Defensive Pistol Skills, Drawing from  Concealment, Loading and Stoppage Remediation, Mindset, Carry Modes and Pistol Concealment, Firearm Cleaning,  The Basic Pistol Shooting Course is a prerequisite for taking the CCW Course at On Target Marksmanship.
